Return Policy


Returns: 

Due to the nature of our items returns must be done within 15 days from the date your order ships. We do not offer exchanges, please make sure you are really happy with your selection before placing the order. To return your order contact us at info@giftswithart.com for details we will respond to your email within 24 to 48 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received in, also must be in it's original packaging. If we feel any of the items have wear and tear we will send you back your order. 

If items arrive defective or damaged during transit we will be more than happy to send you replacement parts.

-Some health and personal care items are non refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note it takes 5 to 7 business days for your bank to receive returned amount.
